In the end, this whole thing basically does not matter unless we go back to higher yield in hundreds of tons or more new testing underground of course if somebody left one off in the atmosphere, well that’s a whole different story

But the amount of boom boom that is allowed is highly debated. He may be like 4 pounds of TNT equivalent maybe it’s 40 pounds of TNT equivalent maybe it’s 1.5 kg of TNT equivalent maybe it’s eight stone.

Hydro nuclear test is literally setting off a nuclear bomb, but you take a little bit of the spicy sauce out of the middle so it doesn’t quite go boom boom

For about the last 10 years, the US has been accusing Russia violating the comprehensive test band treaty. Which for the record the US has not gratified or whatever

See what I mean? The NNSA was tasked with developing the ability to test within 24/36 months! However, if it’s just a demonstration shot, it’s likely lowering something, probably a newer W76 mod 2, just to make a small rumble and swing a ding dong.
