Yeah they ignored me and killed the deathclaw. 😑 This thing was basically crawling after I crippled all of its limbs. It was not a threat to anyone who can walk a brisk pace. I tried to come back later, and a fuckin Scorchbeast decided to fight the Deathclaw I was targeting, so I just went home lol.

The Vpin I use is the AtGames Legends Pinball machine. Not the 4k edition, the regular HD one. If you keep an eye out on Marketplace/Craigslist you might be able to score one for a good deal. Sam's unfortunately doesn't have any good deals on them anymore, and buying direct is brutal lol.

Xenotilt and Demon's tilt both support TATE/Vertical mode and can be played on a Vpin! I have them both in my library, and have played both on it. It's a fun and unique way to play the game.

I'm happy with my Vpin, cost me about $400 at Sam's Club. It's definitely not the same as the real thing, but it definitely scratches the itch lol. I'm only able to get to the closest pinball spots to me like twice a year. This does the job the rest of the time, and I'm not locked into one table.

Having an off day is the worst, lol. After I set a new high score on Scared Stiff the other night my skill seemingly TANKED the next night lol. We'll see how I do tonight, lol.

I generally play a Guts cosplay and just grit it out until I figure out the pattern and how to make big sword bonk work. I re-spec'd to a bleed build, cheesed her, and then re-spec'd back lmao. The only boss I had to resort to cheese for. No shame at all, lol.

As a hardcore fromsoft guy, you learn to ignore them. The games are built for you to break them and play how you like. Anyone who tells you that your way is wrong has taken the wrong message away from the games and makes Miyazaki sad. And add another poison swamp.

Update: It's tasty. I'll definitely be buying more when this tub gets low if the price stays consistent and doesn't jump up to GamerSupp's inflated prices. Saving money for the win. Sorry Schlatt, I got bills to pay, lol.

Being for real though, I hope this is decent. I generally drink a monster rehab lemonade/tea as my morning coffee. Because I hate the taste of coffee. I hope this works out as a much cheaper replacement lol. I paid 25 for this tub. It's 40 servings, so like 63ish cents a drink. We'll see lol.

Mine was 350 three years ago at my Sam's. I have seen some as low as 175 back when I got mine. It's what inspired me to even check my local club lol.

This is in regards to the old and much cheaper HD unit. The 4K can play VPX tables off a flashdrive, and I've heard it's pretty sick, but I ain't made of money lol. I got mine for 350 on sale at Sam's a few years back. A far cry from the prices AtGames charges direct lol.

I can catch the ball and aim it where I want it to go precisely, but if I play real pinball and then try to play it, I am more crossed up than Tim Robinson. I usually take a week or two off and then ease back into it and get used to it again after playing real pinball.

You will have to mod it pretty heavily to remove the lag to a level that is playable if you regularly play real pinball. If you DON'T regularly play, like me who gets out to play the real thing like twice a year, you can tweak it to a point it's playable after getting used to it.

I love mine, but I will say if you play real pinball regularly, you will probably be okay with the stock system and it's games, but if you plan to go OTG and use a PC and play VPX, or Steam Pinball games like PinballFX you will HATE it for that. OTG has notoriously bad input lag on the flippers.
