Malignant Narcissist and a Psychopath.

The FBI has now been so degraded by firings and cuts that I doubt they could investigate a route to the bathroom down the hall.

And do they actually believe he's going to pay as promised ? Where's the money coming from? How was it allocated? When will they be paid? etc He isn't going to pay, he doesn't honor "deals" unless forced and where are the contracts for this deal, signed by both parties and binding in a court?
