In keeping with those rights, big data companies should have to pay us for our data. It should be illegal to generate our likeness for any purpose without our permission. And, it goes without saying, sex work, taking drugs and other such consensual activities are our rights under the 9th Amendment.

Four of them plus all Dems would pass it (assuming cloture, big if).

Even 3 would give us delight of VP Vance tiebreaker NO.
