It’s hard to see AI in any kind of positive light for mental health before it’s legislated and contained since people have actually died by suicide using it. Then we can have this conversation. Is NASW advocating for legislation around this?

If someone made this kind of threat in our psych ER, we would be mandated to take action to keep those individuals safe and treat the person with homicidal ideation. How are we just acting like this is a normal news story?

How do these data centers even benefit these towns? Seems logical to oppose them for all the reasons cited.
