I like Rosalina so far. She's missing a bit of that sense of melancholy I associate her with though. Also they made her oddly petite? Maybe it's just the head to body ratio, but she doesn't look like someone who'd be in the same weight class in Mario Kart as Bowser anymore.

Wow. They're even including the original high resolution art for the battle cards. Awesome. I still hope there's an option for the crusty downscaled sprites though. They have DS-era charm to them.

I like the designs generally, but something about Lucy looks off. Though early Lucy was a bit off in general, so I'm sure her design will develop with her.
