Here we have Velaris dressed up as Drolta from Castlevania Nocturne with some of her own additions to the look. Velaris, despite her normal appearance is quite festive for events in Lumina City. Using state of the art technology, with Cerina's help no doubt, she dons this devilishly divine costume. No worries, as despite her appearance, it's all cosmetic.
