Waarom kan de VVD met 22 zetels niet genegeerd worden en GLpvda wel met 20? Het is niet zo’n enorm en cruciaal verschil.

Exactly… the oath on the constitution has always been a nonsense. Military are trained to follow orders, not to think. If they are ordered to blow up boats of non-combatants they will do it. If they’ve to round up citizens and put them in camps, they will do it.

It shows at least clearly not to expect the US military to defend the US constitution by refusing illegal orders. This whole military oath on the constitution thing has always been a joke.
