I hate a lot of things right now but I really hate that that bloated orange fuck and his fat-cat klan are smugly perched in their high towers as they strip away civil liberties and dismantle the constitution for their own gain.

Big sigh. Watch this.

Can you see why the Yankees’ moment of silence, the lowered flags, the promise of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, feel like a gut punch to the very people he spent years targeting?

No one wished death on this man, but what we’re seeing right now is too f*cking much.

People have lost their fucking minds.

🇨🇦 This Canada Day, I’m incredibly proud to call this country home.

A pride that comes from knowing we still believe in decency, compassion, & each other.

With that, I’ve never felt more connected to people across this country ~ kindred spirits from coast to coast to coast…

I didn’t set out to become a “political” voice.

The reality is I’m just a pissed-off citizen with a background in media literacy, a desire for truth, and a low tolerance for bs.

From Reality TV Aficionado to Accidental Political Advocate
How binging Bravo to rage-watching Trump became the unexpected gateway into Canadian political advocacy I never saw coming.

We are dust, floating on a tiny speck in infinite space, and still, we make killing each other the priority.

We’ve been given this fleeting and fragile life, and instead of using it to care, to create, and connect, we’d rather fucking decimate each other.

When asked about Trump calling her an “angry woman who needs anger management,” Greta Thunberg didn’t flinch:

“The world needs a lot more angry women, to be honest. Especially with everything going on right now. That’s the thing we need.”

In the face of a volatile narcissist, Carney played the game well. He was measured & statesmanlike.

Trump rambled like a belligerent megalomaniac because nothing rattles a weak, insecure man quite like being outclassed by someone far more capable and composed.

Bluster is the mask of the weak.

“We left instructions for officials to ensure that the next government, whichever government Canadians choose, will be in the best possible position for negotiations with the United States.” - Prime Minister Mark Carney

Peak leadership.

A globally respected economist with a serious plan for climate action, social equity, and leadership that serves everyone OR a career politician with no real accomplishments, who stirs division, insists Canada is broken, & panders to extremists with Timbits and a tagline.

How is this even a debate?

I’ve seen so many Canadians express disgust and outrage over Trump (which they should) - only to turn around and cheer for Pierre Poilievre while he spews the same brand of anger, division, and manipulation. How do they not see it?

The President of the United States of America on groceries:

“I won on the border & I won on groceries. It's a very simple word,
"groceries," like, almost, you know, who uses the word? I started using the word, "the groceries."

"If the United States wishes to no longer lead, Canada will.

…that [integrated] trade [relationship with the US] is over. The world is learning that it is over. That creates real challenges for us. We're not sugar coating it. We're absolutely clear about that…

Donald Trump is a weak, old man drunk with unencumbered power.

He is shady, lawless, unscrupulous, and driven by ego.

He is not logical.

He is not truthful.

He will push boundaries just to get a reaction.

@mark-carney.bsky.social We need lawn signs up in Nepean asap. I drive down Followfield & Woodroffe everyday. They’re lined w blue signs. I haven’t seen a Carney sign yet. My fear is that uninformed voters will assume they should vote cons based on the sheer # of blue signs they see compared to red.

There’s a lot of misinformation about Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) moving to New York and Mark Carney’s role in it. I used ChatGPT & Perplexity, then cross-referenced the sources & reviewed them for credibility. You may not like AI but it’s just 1 tool of many I used. 1/8

I’m watching At Issue and all the panelists are saying Mark Carney’s team probably isn’t thrilled with how he handles the media, even calling it disastrous. Personally, I think his approach is spot on.

We’ve ignored the real issues long enough. We need to have a serious conversation about fitted sheets.

Using the word ‘annex’ makes it sound clean and nonviolent, like we’re just going to hand our country over. Let’s start calling it what it is - an invasion, war.
