If you dont understand the "sex is not gender" part:

Think of sex as the hardware (chromosomes, hormones, organs).
Think of gender as the software (identity, expression, role).

Biology gives you the device. How people run it is more than the parts inside.

When I see the suffering in Gaza, I think of Samuel Willenberg's sculpture "Father helping his son take off his shoes". He survived Treblinka. The statue depicts the victims just before entering the gas chambers.

I think this is a cool idea. They could establish a framework for response that governments could codify and instead of a patchwork of policy and government meddling, intervention would reflect the best practices driven by scientific consensus. For example, if R>X then f(X) cases determines

Globally, if everyone shifted retirement savings to more climate friendly options, it could reduce CO2e by 3.5 Gt.
