For the last 10 years I have writing scripts for others to perform, and often whatever I am struggling with/ obsessed by finds its way into a script. But now I’m returning to performing, and writhing my own words, it feels - different.

How do you find the right form when you have something burning that needs expression? How do you protect yourself and others?
