I was told that when I first joined my PRU. We were told by our exam officer that we should keep work until Christmas in case of any need for evidence.

Unfortunately it's not just your area. I work in a PRU with many SEND learners, and we have many students, including Y11, who are missing out on their learning only because of local authority not providing or stalling on transport.
