The Dayton Metro Library is quietly mandating all branches to remove minority & cultural displays that are currently up to showcase the community's diversity. This is how it starts. This afternoon, I flew solo to a join a group of folks who disagreed & peacefully protested & marched for one hour. 🍕🏳️🌈

I'm lucky to work with an organisation that embraces a workforce that reflects the community and evolves with the world. I'm on the 'DEI' committee and we are meeting tomorrow. 💪🏼😌🤘🏼
