a minor detail here but most folks who don't even have employer healthcare (and thus use ACA) don't have FSAs, either. This is a wildly preposterous idea, anyway.

Tommy Tuberville, arguably the dumbest senator to ever be elected, figured out how to hold up hundreds of military promotions for almost a year because he had a tantrum about abortion.
Dems need to treat this like the emergency it is and use the tools that normal citizens don’t have.

The wild thing, to me, is how Mitch McConnell—when he was Minority Leader—did so much to constantly fuck up what the dems—WHO HAD THE MAJORITY—wanted/tried to do, and now minority dem leaders do not have (or use) that same power/tactics.
