As of 2019-2023 ACS data in the Chicago Health Atlas, Uptown is 50.3% white now. But maybe you're using another data source or different boundaries. Others of the official 77 community areas that lack a majority racial/ethnic group include Hyde Park, Bridgeport, Irving Park, and Near West Side.
