First on our Halloween tour was Binham Priory. This was the site of a Benedictine monastery, founded in 1091. Home to a Benedictine community for over 400 years. Villagers claimed to hear chanting monks echoing through the ruins long after the priory fell silent. #binhampriory

Also was very lucky to have a fantastic weekend last week down in East Sussex with Mark and family. Lovely weekend with parkrun, birthday visit, curry, amazing roast dinner, coffee, the beach & lots of laughter and sunshine. I also drove on the motorway for the first time! M25 at 6pm on a Friday!☺️

It's been a while because of my tight leg but pushed it a bit at Catton parkrun this morning and pleased with 23.50. A way to go to get back to where I was, but that'll do for now. 😊
