Yesterday a parade of ducklings marched past my shop. I escorted them for a while. They paused to take a refreshing swim in a puddle.

Bookshop plaques are now fired and ready for display!

I made this by rolling out a slab, painting it with underglaze, and carving out the lettering with a sharp curved tool. It's matte and unglazed to preserve the brightness of the underglaze.
