My new bud/coworker at the gym Jamie Champlain took some yoga snaps of me in action for some studio promos. These are just previews but I'm stoked! He really has an eye for capturing intimacy in his subjects without feeling invasive about it. Can't wait to see the final edits!

I think...what i feel the most hopeful with this platform the most...is that it's less so about communicating specifically by passing along or sharing memes/vids as the primary driver to support group or 1:1 conversations. They've felt a bit overwhelming and like a crutch tbh

One minute you're hanging out, everything is fine and you're just chilling & coloring with your mom - the next, you're openly sobbing next to them but she has 0 reaction. It's ok though, she's chill. Someone please find the cure for Alzheimer's??? Sheesh.
