Struggling with how guilty I feel about having brought a child into this world. What can I say to my young adult, Jewish, creative, kind, liberal son yo give him hope. He believes nuclear war is more likely than free and fair elections in 2028. I can’t reassure him.

A new CEO comes into a company. Unhappy with costs and unfamiliar with everything the company does, he wholesale slashes product lines, R&D, finance and accounting. With no proof he fires individuals who were loyal to the company. What Board of Directors would believe that’s sound restructuring?
