Kane thinks current #LGRW group is “extremely close” to postseason. Thinks his one-year deal with age, bonuses etc worked well for both sides would be open to that again. Emphasizes that he has more to give on ice, with a potential goal of 1500 games. AND Archie likes it here!!!!

Raymond is TBD on Worlds. He thinks #LGRW is “on our way to building an identity” they can fall back on in high-pressure times like March. Says McLellan’s direct style fosters further honesty and accountability. Also thinks he took steps with his game this year but seeking more.

Marco Kasper said his confidence is his most improved area this year. Surprised by the production he had but numbers don’t change his plans to work hard this offseason to his best efforts, including on faceoffs. Gives a lot of credit to #LGRW teammates helping him absorb more.

Talbot will watch playoffs because his son is “hockey-crazy,” but is disappointed that they couldn’t be more consistent down the stretch. When I asked about the changing structure of #LGRW goalie room this year, he said it’s helpful to go into next year knowing Mrazek is partner.

Seider says this year probably hurts more than last year because of the way #LGRW stormed back. Thinks they’ll “be a different team” with a summer and camp under McLellan. Worlds “always a possibility” but no decision rn

Copp rehabbed his shoulder aggressively to aim for a playoff return, which upset some family — he even got back on the ice at one point. Even though he was out of daily meetings, emphasized McLellan’s biggest win early was encouraging their hockey instincts + spreading leadership
