This is from the Death Stranding 2 trailer. The reflection in the eyes reminds me of the lights reflected in the eyes of characters in the OD trailer. Hideo Kojima loves to hide Easter eggs throughout his games, connecting them. Did I just find an Easter egg? IDK, but I'm gonna geek out over it! 😁
