I had to use all the worry-fighting gadgets in the book to keep it together. (I was also preparing for an international move and was sick. So my coping abilities were already depleted.)

In other words, it was my very own SUPER-DUPER DISASTER!!!

Julie Foster Hedlund and Kelli Panique were super nice about it, of course. As were all my friends who were in attendance. (Thank you for being there!)

But I am such a perfectionist, and having my own book chat spin out of control had my head spinning!!!

1/4 I was kicked out repeatedly, and ultimately could not get back in. My phone signal was also down, so I couldn't even call Julie or Kelli to let them know what was happening.

I was mortified😳😳😳

stressed 😱

and super anxious! 🥵

Hi Kim! You should come and we'll chat about it. I find that children have bigger feelings that they are still learning to manage, and so even without GAD they tend to have big emotions over seemingly small things.
