Day #1 of 'novice SENDco' complete. Inspired by @bennewmark.bsky.social @tomrees.bsky.social we shared the SEND vision of 'Dignity not Deficit' with all staff. Now to learn all the stuff I don't even know I need to know. Top tips doing this with some degree of success appreciated!
