I think it's a different experience if you have a premium account. It's gone massively downhill for me.

Actually yeah I guess they are mostly middle aged - old enough to worry about blood pressure! Men in particular often seem to get raised BP in their 40s.

I certainly salt my food but IME most people have stopped adding salt in the last decade or so. Makes it very bland

They often use stock with salt in it or similar though

Most people don't add salt to cooking, because of health worries in any case
