I'd gone through a truly f@xking awful year,had a lot of therapy.The last couple of months,this thing called happiness *is* sneaking back in more and more.The smiles+ laughs are lasting longer

It was astonishing and like being in a giant kaleidoscope.

Erin turned 23 she so amazing, strong,clever and hilarious. I did my 1st race with new running club on a fabulous course. And my love of reading has finally come bavk after a holiday reset.
