Exactly they have the power the cancel the tickets and its not like they would miss a few grand. A whole team needs in to combat it.

Or also just buy all the tickets on these sites and get the names and cancel season tickets/memberships. Blocking legit fans if you are to use a phone one week and your work computer the next week is madness. The whole system is so incompetent

We managed to get some but my account was blocked for Forrest game as it was deemed "suspicious' (they unblocked it one hour before Barca after a kick off) yet all these tickets are on tout sites. Pisstake that box office

Ive been in touch and still blocked.. Stopping real fans with a long legit purchase history getting Barca tickets/any ticket without warning is not acceptable. Not even an email to say account blocked. I have nothing but issues with the box office so they definitely won't unblock in time for today
