He’s very familiar among county officials.
But if they wanted to chill speech - did they go down the road and realize oops! Or try to be “fair” and for appearances investigate it. I don’t know.

I just don’t understand why his complaint was taken seriously enough to actually review my speech. They don’t have “jurisdiction” over my speech on matters of public concern. I’m confused and even if no ill intent, it was not okay.
