I have experienced it a few different ways. Early on it was a self acceptance thing as many have shared and it would last months to a year at one point.
In more recent times rough emotional periods such as a break up cause me to pause things for a few months while I find my balance again.

Also sorry for making this the first of my content here, just feeling the need to put some feelings and thoughts out there and not internalize it all.

I will bounce back and I am not posting this for sympathy or support, but I just need to say it if that makes sense even if I am just shouting it to the void.

I am not going to do anything dumb, but just recognize that I am not ok and that it is fine to admit that.
