Ongoing project: The Raven's Nook 🐦‍⬛
Pinned
Currently clocking in at just under 85k words, the first draft of my project The Raven's Nook is FINISHED!
It still needs a lot of work before it's fit to see any eyes other than mine (and a few very understanding supporters!) but I'm seriously proud I've gotten it this far
I created a fictional town for one of my stories, and want to potentially set others there in future. So I'm currently trying to plot a rough outline of the setting and what I may need for future tales.
As a result, this town is expanding at a rate that would put Midsomer Murders to shame...

Almost a year now since I received this absolutely classic burn from the Canadian government.

I hate when you're hungry, but only for one particular thing.

Never one to make things easy for myself, instead of a quick meal I could have made in 10 mins, naturally this was when I simply HAD to make congee, for the first time no less.

(It was delicious. This does not help the problem)

I never had such a quick turnaround of opinion yesterday when trains were delayed:
Announcement- We're sorry about the delays
Me - FFS!
Announcement- These were caused in part by a dog getting onto the track who had to be rescued.
Me - 100% understandable and justified, keep up the good work!

God, I’ve just woken up from the most terrifying dream. I must open the window and see if I can find a local urchin to tell me what day it is.
