Good afternoon.
Here’s an intersectional tree of knowledge for Trans Remembrance Day, honouring those we have lost to hatred and violence. My tree also symbolises room for growth and much needed change in the world.
Ink drawing from 2022.

That’s funny I was in Manchester too, for this wonderful day of talks and workshops.

I stuck my riso print to cardboard to make a placard for a demo yesterday, protesting all the sewage dumped into our rivers and seas. I didn’t know the demo was cancelled due to the weather. The walk in high winds was bracing and enjoyable anyway!

Good afternoon.
Here’s another drawing from my 2019 zine ‘still bisexual’.
I wish I lived in a country where the PM wasn’t a raving transphobe.

It’s Bi Visibility Month, and here’s a page from my 2019 zine, ‘still bisexual’.

Good morning.
It’s the final weekend of my exhibition, Come As You Are, at Aspex Portsmouth.
It’s been a joy to show there, I hope some of you can see it.

Loved this.
Saw it in 3D.
BUT-
Fails the Bechdel test. Although the women in it are great, they do not have conversations with each other about any subject that isn’t a man.
Boo.

No queue for men’s toilet at St. Pancras of course. Just had a conversation with the woman behind me (another older woman like me) about how much better it would be to provide gender neutral bathrooms.

I was wondering why so many Americans were liking my instagram post from 2023.
Now I understand.
It’s because of the anti-Trump No Kings Day Protest!

These words were spoken by then PM of NZ, Jacinda Ardern, in 2019. A white supremacist shot & killed 50 people and wounded many in 2 mosques in Christchurch.
Now politicians are divisive, scapegoating the vulnerable, refugees & trans people, denying benefits to those who are sick/disabled & more.
June 14, 2025 at 8:15 AM
I’m sad that I’m not tabling here tomorrow.
Still testing positive for Covid, and The Feminist Library is a small space where there are likely to be vulnerable people.
Do go if you can, it’s going to be GREAT.
One of my favourite places.
