I fully agree, PBMs are the worst and cost too much. I just don't see how we can get enough employer groups to say fuck off, get enough MPD patients to choose A/B/D plans vs MAPD, and get state Medicaids to go FFS at the same time for clean pricing. I think gov saying fuck off is easier.

The people who refuse to login (like me) are now forced to since you can only click 2/3 before meta requires login. I'm betting that was their thought process.

how about the Like a Dragon/Yakuza series? its a japanese crime drama with beat em up gameplay for the first 6 games, turn based RPG for the most recent games. The side content is always hilarious too. Karaoke, side businesses where chickens can be managers, arcade machines, and so much more.
