Christmas dinner done!! It was delicious!! 😋 Mashed potato, roast potatoes, a boiled baby potato, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, vegan stuffing, vegan pigs in blankets and a pukka vegan chicken and mushroom pie and of course vegan gravy!!

Decided to make my life a little easier and prepped the vegetables, the vegan stuffing and the regular stuffing (for my mam) all ready for Christmas dinner tomorrow. And l dinner was vegan veggie pizza which I added my own vegan cheese to and it was delicious!! 🍕😋

Went to Asda to do the Christmas food shop and found a vegan dessert reduced to an absolute bargain price of £1.58!! It was so much of a bargain a lady passing us overheard me telling my mam about it and she went a picked up the two that were left on the shelf!!

Had to leave the house and venture out into the rain so decided to take myself for a nice hot cup of tea and some breakfast from Greggs, unfortunately their were no vegan sausage sandwiches, so hash browns and a nice hot tea it is!! 😋

Slept through my alarm, rushed to get ready ended up being an hour late leaving the house and nothing feels right!! I feel like I’m rushing to catch up with myself but just not quite managing it!! 🫨 Just hope the panic attack that is treating to start doesn’t till I get home!!😵💫

Baking did not go as planned today!! Almost an hour and a half and all I managed to make were 4 sausage bean and cheese melts (2 vegan, 2 not vegan) a vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese pie and a non vegan mini sausage, bean and cheese pie for my mam!!
Went into Tesco for a few bits I needed for the baking on Sunday, also got a small loaf of bread that I put on top of my shopping trolly, used the self service till and put my shopping in my bag and went to walk out then I realised I forgot to scan and pay for my loaf of bread!!

Stopped off at the local Friday market on my way home and got the best sourdough ever!! Also got a vegan fruit loaf that the really nice baker lady made vegan specially for me and I can not wait to have it toasted for breakfast tomorrow!! 🤤

It’s a winter coat, scarf, gloves and snow boots day!! So a hot vegan Breakfast and a hot cup of tea from Greggs was definitely needed!! ❄️🥶🧣🧤🥾

Woo Hoo!! We now have heating!!
We may have had to get a 2nd engineer out after the first one didn’t have a clue about our boiler, but the2nd engineer came within 30 minutes of ringing him and knew exactly what was wrong with after and within an hour it was fixed!!

Treated myself to a Greggs breakfast, a vegan sausage sandwich and a nice hot cup of tea to warm my bones up after being outside in the freezing cold!! 😋 Only thing that would have made it better were some hash browns, but unfortunately they didn’t have any ready!! 😕

Why is it my oldest sister always manages to make out that I’m an incompetent idiot, who is so incompetent she’s incapable of breathing (and making even me believe it’s true!!) But she has no qualms with letting me carry the load of my mam’s care and watching her slowly die!! 🥺
According to my brother in law the heating is now working but at the same time it’s not working and I’m going to have to go and bleed all the radiators for a third time today!! Why?? Why?? Why?? 🤦♀️ (It’s not working because the pump isn’t working, but what do I know?!)
