While brainstorming names with my trivia team, I came up with “Let’s get trivial.” I realized when trivia night was almost over that we should have been “Let’s get quizzical.” WELL, IT’S TOO LATE NOW

Once in a facebook group for my local area, someone made a post about how they were sitting on the toilet when a rat crawled up the drain and into the toilet bowl. The comments were like, “That’s happened to me before too!”

I think that’s a good reason to let your cats go to the bathroom with you

So I got these treats as a stocking stuffer for my cats because the name and packaging led me to believe that they’re something that cats like, but mine looked at me like I was giving them Brussels sprouts when I tried to feed them to them :/

My book recommendation for the week is Are you willing to die for the cause? by Chris Oliveros. It’s a graphic novel about the FLQ. It is a very interesting read if you’re into Quebec history at all, and I also really enjoyed reading the source notes!

What should I bring to the Xmas potluck at work this year?

Last year I brought a cheese board with three kinds of blue cheese. There was JUST blue cheese, there were no other kinds of cheese.

It was delicious.
