Everyone who is saying that this comes from the Middle Earth card game is incorrect. While I think the art came from a book for MERP in the 80s, this specific book was published in 1988. Meanwhile, the 2nd Ed Valar and Maiar book was published in 1994, and the MECCG wasn't released until late 1995.

The trick to jump between moving vehicles is to hold onto both the doors at the same time until you can get your feet in the car you're jumping to.
