it's almost similar to Doom 3's movement (sans crouching and sprinting) but you can traverse through a map faster by bunnyhopping without ever losing momentum
timing the jumps are way easier to do unlike with Half-Life, funnily enough

the kitchen I work in had lost a head chef a month or two ago before their role was taken over by someone else
