the future of my job is more stable than what I see for my future personal life. obviously, this causes more anxiety than decisions being made at work; which are also pretty clearly written out guidelines + training as opposed to the total unknown of my future personal life.

I think change is hard for me and causes me to overreact in stressful personal life challenges.
I would vouch differently for how I deal with work challenges.
why is that?
