I know we’re all trying to be healthy this year and considerate of the ingredients in our food. It’s so important. But please stop saying that such and such product “has chemicals” and so you won’t eat it. Everything has chemicals. Everything IS chemicals. You are chemicals too.

“Don’t feed the trolls” also extends to bad opinion pieces in papers of record.
They run them bc people react to them the most.
If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
It’s not easy and takes constant practice!

Republicans are gonna Republican regardless of what the Democrats do. Dems need to stop creating and abiding by some weird standard of decorum that only exists for them.

Just my 2 cents. But my goal is to ignore the trolls. Give them zero attention. Block them if they annoy me.
I think the worst thing we can do on this site is re-create the ad hominem/ personal attacks that occur across comments on Twitter/insta/tiktok/ etc
