Yeah, there are just enough Trump-like insults to make it sound like him, but too many bigly words spelt correctly to actually be him.

Erskine is our go-to charity to support. We don't need to wear a poppy to support their good works. When I see the world and his dog wearing one on the telly (news, MOTD, etc.) I do wonder how much of it is just performative lip service.

We as a society have fallen so very far. As individuals we can only do what we can do, but I honestly don't know where we go from here. Dare we hope that the "blue wave" we saw in the US on Thursday might inspire some kind of resistance here?
