He did. But that is not really important right now. He is used to answering questions in another forum, and can be a slip of tongue. The real story is the rest.

Unfortunately, Olaf Scholz showed that he is very weak by being indecisive and unable to take any risky decision. People like strong (even if pretentious) leaders. I also would have liked Baerbock to be the Chancellor. I am really waiting for a Gen Z leader to be at the top.
