100%. I hate the way they lean into the buying rush and FOMO as an opportunity to charge whatever they like. And dynamic pricing is just the logical, anti-consumer extension of this practice.

Incredibly misleading of Virgin Media.

"Needs" has a very specific meaning. It clearly implies a mandatory change. However that's not actually the case.

This is just a marketing push because they want more people using their most recent box.
