Small change leads to big change. I can't affect the big problems, but I influence the small ones. And that will change the world.

I'm going to focus on the present and the people in front of me. My students (especially the LGBTQIA) need my attention, support, and love. I can work to ensure my campus and community are as accepting as possible.
