I’m just frustrated because he does this often, and he’s forgetful but I kept reminding him time and time again. It’s embarrassing to not having anything to open anything in front of your family from your boyfriend.

Helped him pick stuff out and asked him again if he got me something. And he said I’ll order something for you.

It was an afterthought. I got his present weeks in advance and I told him and asked him if we were getting each other a gift for Christmas. I kept reminding/ asking if he got me anything. And he told me he’d go shopping soon. Then yesterday because he didn’t get his parents anything yet. I went and-

It’s hard that’s for sure. 30 of em can drive you crazy sometimes, but you grow to care and love them like family which I think is important in long term care facilities.
