And JUST FOR THE RECORD: Prom Dreams released in 2016. The claimant track was "made" in 2022. This alone should be enough to prove the claim is fraudulent! How does a pre-existing recording wind up "owned" by someone a minimum of six years after it was put up BY THE ARTIST in the public domain?

I have previously experienced a claim on a track I PERSONALLY MADE based off of Lizst's "Liebestraume no. 3" by a patent troll that I was able to get removed after filing a dispute; I am hoping to be able to do the same here and give content creators an avenue to contest this as well.

Looking this up on Spotify, it appears to be the exact same recording, but uploaded in 2022. I believe this is a patent troll looking to profit off of a public domain track and falsely claiming it on YouTube.

This song has not affected any of Prom Dreams' previous Let's Plays uploaded to YouTube. Recently, a content creator streamed my game and got a copyright strike from the content owner "Dance All Day", claiming it was a track called "Track 3 - 1.0" by an artist called "Amila Jay".

Context: This is the clipped excerpt of "Romance De Juegos Prohibidos", performed by Jim Greeninger and uploaded to Musopen prior to 2016 under a public domain license (2016 is when the game was first published). This means it should be free to use for any purpose.
