That's very unfortunate. I started playing online and continued doing so through COVID, but I had to leave my group for personal reasons.

I loved the Insect Glaive in World, not so much in Rise. Hoping the vaulting and mobility is back to what it was or at least better than in Rise 👀

I am starting to look into Candela Obscura and it's so interesting.
My group plays D&D 5th Edition, but we have considered branching out (so far have tried PF2e) so it's cool seeing what is similar design wise in the event we enjoy different systems!!

A, I haven't even finished the game yet because I'm testing out all types of faction and race interactions dialogue wise.

I feel that, but fortunately I've been playing so long that I have managed to find a way to not die of hunger.
Sometimes it requires punching fish with my hands and living off that until I find a village for massive bread gains lmao

It definitely needs time.
I know there have been complaints about the previous games on launch, and usually things get addressed and changed.
However, we already have been disappointed with game developers in the past half year like with Bioware, so fingers crossed!!

Guides definitely help, but if all else fails just start with the Sword and Shield really.
I personally am an Insect Glaive fan, but I'm really hoping it's mobility is at the tier it was in World because Rise really made me feel so much slower 🫠
