Agreed. I can definitely see adding wildflowers and native plants well off to the sides of motorways...but not in the middle like the picture above shows. You don't want animals crossing the roads to get to a food island in the middle of a highway.

The problem is, there's a good chance ice agents are told completely different things. They're probably being told person X, Y and Z are 100% guaranteed killers and it's their patriotic duty to get them. Same type of misinformation and brainwashing they do to the military.

A lot of those protests were antisemitic. There are a ton of bad actors in the pro-Palestine movement. A lot of the money raised is going to hamas, not to the Palestinians.

All workers deserve a living wage. Sanitation engineers are no exception.
At the same time, garbage is a public health and safety issue and does need to be cleared. Bringing in the military to do it on a temporary basis is a good idea.

He's wrong to encourage it right now. People should've been prepping since 2020, with the way the supply chain has been screwed up since covid. Slow, deliberate and sustainable prepping doesn't wreck the markets or supply to the general population that panic buying does.
