The first multi team tiebreak is not the division record but breaking the division tie first,

F.e if we have a 3 way tie Jaguars,Colts,Chiefs we first break the tie Jaguars,Colts and compare them to the non division team sfter.on 3 teams wouldnt help the chiefs thats why we need the ravens as 4th

Look at the standings again, Ravens are in there tied, they dont have the H2H over Kansas to H2H is not applicable and we go to the next tiebreak. Chiefs take the tiebreak over the Jaguars in the end on SOV. Thats why they are in front, the site i use uses the correct tiebreakers.

Yours is the Tiebreakers for 2 Team ties, here for multi Team ties, and there are 2 possibilities to bypass H2H as i said, thats what happens on the standings i posted earlier.

On Multi Team tiebreakers H2H is only used if you have the H2H over all teams thats why a Multi team Tiebreak can bypass H2H also, Division ties are broken first and Non division ties only after is a 2nd way to bypass H2H tiebreaks.
