2 years ago, when i learned that @cynthiaerivo was going to play #ElphabaThropp in the movie adaptation of the show, i was *sure* within my bones that they’d made the right casting choice. i’ve been a cynthia fan since her run in #TheColorPurple on Broadway.

using words to describe #Wicked almost feels silly because it’s quite truly one of those pieces of art that is completely astonishing every single time you interact with it. #DefyingGravity, no doubt, is a large part of what makes the show so magical. ✨
