Was it just if or was Rice the deepest of the 3 this game, meaning zubi was on the right and eze on his favoured left? Gabby seems so inevitable in set pieces that even the ones we’re defending the opposition ought to have had an extra player marking him. #arsecastextra

Mateta was bothering Saliba for some of the game, and I mean this is palace, they were excellent, and did trouble our defence (relative to arsenal’s insane defensive dominance). I do see your point, i am just wondering whether there’s an argument to be made for attempting more cross field switches

Actually, this is one of those differences between with MØ and without. Not that I’m complaining, mind you, I agree with @tim-stillman.bsky.social that I don’t give a flying 🦆 about “boring boring Arsenal” gimme them three points!!

How do the opposition have enough players to double up on our wingers and crowd the centre? Surely that means those players are moving across the pitch with the ball? and then one might argue that Arsenal moving the ball a bit quicker might open up the game a bit?
