I should also state that my Dad grew up in Wisconsin, and our family come from cheese makers in the alps. Cheese is in our blood.

I am a born Oregonian. I love Tillamook Cheeses, I love Rogue Creamery Cheeses. I will easily spend $500 + to put together cheeses for gatherings. The rankings for me goes:
International > Wisconsin > Oregon
