Away from home for 2 weeks in a hotel (dog trainee training) so of course I bought a culture of isopods to keep me company 🪲
I already have plenty of Porcellio pruinosus at home, including all the morphs in this culture, but I just couldn't resist lol

Introducing Morgan, our other betta who is filled with so much sass and spunk. He will peck your finger if you dip it in his tank and follow it around. Definitely not a community betta like his brother but we spoil him nonetheless. He atleast likes his snail buddy. And his mirror 🐠

I love this little man so much. I never appreciated how inquisitive and intelligent little betta fish were until getting him and our other betta just recently. I can't wait to get back to them in 2 weeks! (Dog training for my job in the town over.)

My first mature male tarantula death,l (Stromatopelma calceatum) :( His name was Cutie. Sadly these guys don't live as long as their female counterparts, only living around 3 years. I had him since he was a tiny sling. It was a pleasure to finally pet his fluffy legs.

A Resplendent quetzal (Pharomachrus mocinno) done for my boyfriend who encourages me every second of every day! The quetzal is a very important bird of his culture (Guatemala) and very symbolic there!! Definitely a challenge, but a fun one!

Mom sent pics of the chickies and Snickers has gotten so white from new feathers! Also her red bantam cochin son and daughter that she raised with another hen :) 🐔
